Special Corn Meatball

Materials :
• 4 pieces of (combed).
• 4 pieces of (pounded).
• 200 grams of wheat flour.
• 4 eggs (which has been shaken).
• 4 sprigs cilantro (finely sliced).
• 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder.
• 6 pieces of red chili (sliced oblique).
• 2 tablespoon water.
• Cooking Oil.
• 4 red onions.
• 4 cloves of garlic.
• 2 teaspoon salt.
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.
• 1 teaspoon sugar.

Steps:

1. Mix sweet corn, flour, eggs, chicken broth powder, red chili sauce, and water and Stir well.
2. Spoon the sweet corn mixture into the warmed oil.
3. Fry the mixture until golden brown and looks cooked.

Perkedel Jagung Spesial

Bahan – bahan :
• 4 buah jagung yang sudah di pisahkan bijinya.
• 4 buah jagung ( ditumbuk ).
• 200 gram tepung terigu.
• 4 butir telur ( yang sudah dikocok ).
• 4 tangkai daun ketumbar ( iris halus ).
• 1/2 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk.
• 6 buah cabai merah ( diiris miring ).
• 2 sendok makan air.
• Minyak Goreng.
• 4 butir bawang merah.
• 4 siung bawang putih.
• 2 sendok teh garam.
• 1/2 sendok teh lada.
• 1 sendok teh gula.

langkah-langkah:
1. Campur jagung manis , tepung , telur , daun ketumbar, bubuk kaldu ayam , saus cabai merah , dan air dan aduk rata.
2. Sendok campuran jagung manis dan masukan ke dalam minyak hanga .
3. Goreng adonan sampai berwarna cokelat keemasan dan tampak matang.

Hongkong Special Fried Rice

Ingredients:

• 1,5 cloves of chopped garlic.
• 1 red sliced chilies.
• 50 grams of cubes chicken meat in 1 cm.
• 75 grams of peeled shrimp.
• 3 pieces of fish balls (cut in 2 parts).
• 1 sliced leeks.
• 1 beaten off eggs plus 1/4 teaspoon salt.
• 225 grams of cold rice.
• 0,5 teaspoon fish sauce.
• 0,5 teaspoon soy sauce.
• 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.
• 0,5 teaspoon salt.
• 0,5 tablespoon Angciu.

Procedures :

1. Fry the garlic and chilli until fragrant. Put chicken and shrimp into pan. Stir them until cooked.
2. Enter the leeks, stir until wilted and then add the scrambled eggs and fish balls. After that stir until grainy.
3. Add rice, stir until blended.
4. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt, and angciu and stir them until the spices to infuse.

Nasi Goreng Spesial Hongkong

Bahan – bahan :
• 1,5 siung bawang putih cincang.
• 1 merah iris cabai.
• 50 gram daging ayam batu dalam 1 cm.
• 75 gram udang kupas.
• 3 buah bakso ikan ( dipotong 2 bagian ).
• 1 iris daun bawang.
• 1 kocok telur dan tambahkan 1/4 sendok teh garam.
• 225 gram nasi dingin.
• 0,5 sendok teh kecap ikan.
• 0,5 sendok teh kecap.
• 1/4 sendok teh lada.
• 0,5 sendok teh garam.
• 0,5 sendok Angciu.

prosedur :

1. Goreng bawang putih dan cabai sampai harum. Masukan ayam dan udang ke dalam panci . Aduk mereka sampai matang.
2. Masukkan daun bawang dan aduk sampai layu. Tambahkan telur dadar dan bakso ikan. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
3. Masukkan nasi, aduk sampai rata.
4. Tambahkan kecap ikan , kecap , merica bubuk , garam , dan angciu . Aduk sampai bumbu meresap.

Mini Goat Rib Goulash

Ingredients :

• 500 grams of goat ribs, boiled, and cut into pieces.
• 1 whole of cloves.
• 1,5 cm of cinnamon.
• 1 grains of cardamom.
• 1 pieces of kandis acid.
• 1 stalks of lemongrass, take the white, and crushed.
• 2,5 pieces of bones removed orange leaves.
• 1 bay of leaves.
• 1 cm crushed galangal.
• 1 cm crushed ginger.
• 1,500 ml of coconut milk.
• 2 teaspoon of salt.
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper.
• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
• 1 tablespoons of oil for sauteing.
• 3 large of red chilies.
• 5 grains of red onion.
• 2 cloves of garlic.
• 0,5 teaspoon of roasted coriander.
• 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg.
• 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
• 1 cm of burned turmeric burned.
• 2 eggs of toasted pecans.

Procedure:

1. Heat the cooking oil. Fry until fragrant ground spices, cloves, cinnamons, cardamoms, kandis acid, lemon grasses, lime leaves, bay leaves, galangals, and gingers.
2. Put the goat ribs into the pan. Stir them until the color changed.
3. Pour the coconut milk, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook over low heat until the mixtures become thick.

Gulai Iga Kambing Porsi Mini

Bahan:

• 500 gram kambing tulang rusuk, direbus, dan dipotong-potong.
• 1 butir cengkeh.
• 1,5 cm dari kayu manis.
• 1 butir kapulaga.
• 1 buah asam kandis.
• 1 batang serai, ambil putih, dan hancur.
• 2,5 potongan tulang dihapus daun jeruk.
• 1 Teluk daun.
• 1 cm lengkuas hancur.
• 1 cm jahe hancur.
• 1.500 ml santan.
• 2 sendok teh garam.
• 1/2 sendok teh lada.
• 1/2 sendok teh gula.
• 1 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis.
• 3 besar cabai merah.
• 5 butir bawang merah.
• 2 siung bawang putih.
• 0,5 sendok teh ketumbar panggang.
• 1/2 sendok teh pala.
• 1/2 sendok teh jinten.
• 1 cm kunyit dibakar.
• 2 butir telur pecan panggang.

Prosedur:

1. Panaskan minyak goreng. Goreng sampai harum bumbu dasar, cengkeh, kayu manis, kapulaga, kandis asam, serai, daun jeruk, daun salam, lengkuas, dan jahe.
2. Letakkan tulang rusuk kambing ke dalam panci. Aduk mereka sampai warnanya berubah.
3. Tuang santan, garam, merica, dan gula. Masak dengan api kecil sampai campuran menjadi tebal.

Hotz Roasted Shrimp

Materials:
• 200 grams of shrimp (remove the head, and cut off the back).
• 0,5 teaspoon of lemon juice.
• 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
• 3 teaspoon of ground pepper.
• 1,5 stalks of lemongrass (take the white, and slice oblique).
• 10 large of red chilies (intact, burn, and cut into pieces).
• 3 red onions (bake, and halve).
• 2 cloves of garlic (bake, and halve).
• 2 sprigs of basil leaves.
• 2 tomato (cut into pieces).
• Some banana leaves for wrapping.

Steps :

1. Pour shrimp with lime salt, juice, and pepper.
2. Add some lemongrass, red pepper, red onion, garlic, basil, chili, and tomatoes. Stir them well. Do it for about 15 minutes.
3. Wrap the poured shrimps with banana leaves. Cover them totally.
4. Steam them in 20 minutes and stay for over medium heat until it cooked.

Udang Panggang Pedas

Bahan – bahan:

• 200 gram udang (hilangkan kepala dan potong ujungnya).
• 0,5 sendok teh jus lemon.
• 0,5 sendok teh garam.
• 3 sendok teh lada.
• 1,5 batang serai (ambil putihnya, dan iris miring).
• 10 buah cabai merah besar (utuh, membakar, dan dipotong-potong).
• 3 butir bawang merah (panggang, dan membagi dua).
• 2 siung bawang putih (panggang, dan membagi dua).
• 2 tangkai daun kemangi.
• 2 tomat (dipotong-potong).
• Beberapa daun pisang digunakan untuk membungkus.

Langkah-langkah:

1. Siram udang dengan air perasan jeruk nipis, garam, dan merica.
2. Tambahkan beberapa serai, cabe merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemangi, cabai, dan tomat. Aduk dengan baik. Lakukan selama sekitar 15 menit.
3. Bungkus udang dituangkan dengan daun pisang. Bungkus mereka seluruhnya.
4. Kukus dalam 20 menit di atas api sedang sampai matang.

Special Fish Porridge

Ingredients :

• 1 plateful rice.
• 3 cm of crushed ginger.
• 1,5 stalk of celery.
• 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
• 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
• 200 ml chicken stock.
• 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
• 100 grams snapper of fillets (cut into small squares).
• 1,5 teaspoon of fish sauce.
• 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
• 0,75 teaspoon of ground pepper.
• 1,5 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
• 0,5 finely sliced leek.
• 2 tablespoon of water.
• 2 tablespoon of cooking oil for sauteing.

Additional Materials :

• 2 stalk of sliced celery
• 1,5 tablespoons of fried shallots
• 1,5 pieces of hard-boiled eggs (in the split of 2 parts)

Procedure :
1. Boil chicken, rice, ginger, celery, salt, and pepper, stir them until absorbed and condensed.
2. Stir the fish and heat the cooking oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant and add snapper. Stir the ingredients until they changes their color.
3. Enter the sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and water. Stir them well. Cook for about five minutes, add leeks and stir them well for twice.
4. Serve the porridge with fish.

Bubur Ikan Spesial

Bahan:

• 1 piring penuh beras.
• 3 cm jahe yang sudah ditumbuk.
• 1,5 tangkai seledri.
• 0,5 sendok teh garam.
• 1/4 sendok teh merica.
• 200 ml kaldu ayam.
• 2 siung bawang putih cincang halus.
• 100 gram ikan kakap (potong kotak-kotak kecil).
• 1,5 sendok teh kecap ikan.
• 0,5 sendok teh garam.
• 0,75 sendok teh lada.
• 1,5 sendok teh gula pasir.
• 0,5 iris halus daun bawang.
• 2 sendok makan air.
• 2 sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumis.

Bahan tambahan:

• 2 batang seledri diiris
• 1,5 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
• 1,5 potongan telur rebus (di split 2 bagian)

Prosedur:
1. Rebus ayam, nasi, jahe, seledri, garam, dan merica, aduk mereka sampai larut dan kental.
2. Aduk ikan dan panaskan minyak goreng. Goreng bawang putih sampai harum dan tambahkan kakap. Aduk bahan sampai mereka berubah warna mereka.
3. Masukkan saus, garam, merica, gula, dan air. Aduk dengan baik. Masak selama sekitar lima menit, tambahkan daun bawang dan aduk mereka dengan baik untuk ke dua kali.
4. Sajikan bubur dengan ikan.
